ServicePower acquires software division and field service mobile software from Stratix Corporation

ServicePower Technologies Plc, a UK-based provider of software and services designed to optimize field service business, has acquired software division and field service mobile software from Stratix Corporation, a US-based company engaged in designing, development and delivery of end-to-end enterprise mobility solutions to increase operational efficiency and drive bottom-line results.
The acquisition includes Stratix's Field Service mobile application development team, intellectual property and existing field service software contracts.
