Videoconference set up is cheap and easy
Feb 11, 2013 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) --
Most Australian businesses have yet to embrace personal videoconferencing technology, despite the many benefits and the low cost involved. FaceTime is a popular choice for Apple users, although it can only be used on Apple devices. Meanwhile, Skype can be used on most operating systems and a wide range of devices. Setting up a corporate Skype videoconferencing system can be done on a budget for about $A175, although a top-range system could cost about $A650. Companies can expect to pay significantly more for a smart TV-based system.
